Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in building inspections, facilities management, project management or construction
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Corrigo, MCIM, and executive presentations
- Technical expertise in building systems
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Attention to detail for accurate condition assessments
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Facilities Management, or related field (Preferred)
