Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role
- Demonstrated success calling on Commercial and/or Health Plans and Government Markets
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, navigating multiple stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Capability to synthesize complex healthcare and pharmacy solutions into clear, compelling business cases
- Strong communication skills with comfort engaging senior‑level stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) preferred
