Job Description

• Identify and research prospective clients aligned to target markets and ideal customer profiles • Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, interest, and readiness • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date prospect information in CRM systems • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals • Partner closely with the Sales Directors to prioritize accounts and prospecting strategies • Prepare prospect research, call notes, and meeting briefs to support sales conversations • Assist with scheduling introductory meetings and handoffs to the Sales Director • Provide insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role
  • Demonstrated success calling on Commercial and/or Health Plans and Government Markets
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, navigating multiple stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Capability to synthesize complex healthcare and pharmacy solutions into clear, compelling business cases
  • Strong communication skills with comfort engaging senior‑level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) preferred
