Role Description
Director of Growth Enablement for NetDev will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that empower our network development team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively engage with providers and drive network and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the health tech, network and/or payer landscape, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting network development teams in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field preferred, minimum High School diploma with 10+ years of related experience. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, network development training, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.
- Strong understanding of network development methodologies and the contracting process, with the ability to develop training that drives results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective training content tailored to various learning styles.
- Super user experience with sales enablement tools and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Seismic experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and drive improvements.
- This position requires occasional travel for certain in-person events, approximately 10-15%.
- Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip network development representatives with product knowledge, industry insights, and effective techniques tailored to the healthcare/provider market.
- Work with Product Marketing to develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive analysis that support the network development contracting process and enhance provider engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and network development strategies.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage enablement tools and technologies that streamline processes, track provider engagement and enhance the network development team's productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Gather feedback from network development teams to refine training programs and materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the healthcare industry to ensure the network development team is well-informed and can effectively communicate value propositions to providers.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
