Job Description

• Own Station A’s marketing strategy end-to-end, aligned tightly with revenue goals • Translate company priorities into focused campaigns and initiatives • Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to stay grounded in reality • Own HubSpot for marketing: setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows, and reporting • Define and manage MQL logic, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and suppression rules • Build and maintain nurture campaigns tied to real buyer intent • Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales • Use data to continuously improve conversion at each stage of the funnel • Own the editorial calendar across industry thought leadership, product and solution marketing, data-driven storytelling and insights • Write and/or edit core content assets, including blog posts and long-form articles, case studies and customer stories, website and landing page copy, gated content (guides, reports, briefs) • Turn Station A’s platform, bid, and project data into compelling narratives • Develop insight-led content (e.g. “What 100 RFPs tell us about onsite solar pricing”) • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels • Support events, conferences, partnerships, and webinars with strong messaging • Collaborate with demand gen partners where relevant, without losing strategic control • Ensure distribution is intentional and audience-specific

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in climate, energy, SaaS, or marketplaces
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot for marketing (not just email blasts)
  • Strong writer with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
  • Experience owning an editorial calendar and shipping content consistently
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership
  • Data-literate and comfortable tying marketing work to business outcomes
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or multi-stakeholder buyers (strong plus)
  • Familiarity with clean energy, real estate, infrastructure, or ESG-adjacent markets (strong plus)
  • Experience with product marketing and category creation (strong plus)
  • Ability to turn raw data into insights and narratives (strong plus)
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (strong plus)
