• Own and evolve the end-to-end experience across GoFan’s consumer apps, admin tools, web, and Box Office products • Lead discovery and design for initiatives focused on market expansion and new user segments—spanning both B2B and B2C problem spaces • Partner with PMs, engineers, and GTM teams to translate research and insights into solutions that balance consumer usability with operational efficiency for admin users • Use AI tools to process qualitative and quantitative user insights at scale, surfacing patterns across customer feedback, support data, and behavioral analytics • Deliver high-quality prototypes, interaction specs, and documentation that enable smooth collaboration and implementation • Use data, research, and experimentation to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate across teams to ensure design aligns with product vision, technical feasibility, and market positioning
