Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of experience, preferably in public accounting or a high-growth company.
- CPA preferred.
- Deep understanding of ASC 606, SOX compliance, and close operations.
- People management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across the organization.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience implementing new accounting systems.
- Experience with streamlining processes and/or design and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
- Proficient in revenue systems (NetSuite ARM, Workday Financials, Zuora Revenue, RightRev, or similar).
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI and automation to optimize accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
