Job Description
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and plan holders
• Market and sell Guardian’s Group Benefits portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to examine market trends
• Represent Guardian by acting as a market leader
• Achieve required industry licensing and maintain it through continuing education
Job Requirements
- A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 6 years group insurance sales experience
- Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products and processes
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and integrity in a changing environment
- Willingness to achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
