Salary range: $23.60 - $31.92 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Coordinate and/or lead assigned program(s).

  • Monitor program plans, schedule and budget.
  • Recommend alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
  • Coordinate, organize and support program promotions to targeted audience.
  • Document and track program progress compared to goals.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders.
  • Coordinate and/or lead program tasks as assigned.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

This position will be responsible for:

  • Lead and coordinate assigned programs, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in data systems to perform applied data analysis, ensuring all Medicaid alignment and compliance reporting is flawless.
  • Document and track progress against key goals; prepare high-level reports and presentations for program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Act as the lead subject matter expert in training internal staff and contracted providers on system navigation, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Identify trends in tracking outcomes and recommend alternative actions to optimize program performance.

 

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in data systems and applied data analysis
  • Experience with Medicaid alignment, compliance reporting, and database integrity
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to train internal staff and contracted providers in system navigation, validation, and issue resolution
  • Prior experience with healthcare billing and insurance 

 

Selected candidate will need to Clear Level 2 background Screening.
