Job Description
Role Description
We’re entering a new era of automation, where Agentic AI can automate manual work like never before. At Camunda, our Enterprise Systems & Transformation function brings this vision to life for our own internal operations, implementing production-grade automation use cases, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, and partnering with business teams to unlock measurable impact.
As Senior Transformation & Delivery Manager, you are the operational backbone that ensures our automation, AI, and transformation initiatives move from idea to measurable outcome. Your primary focus is helping deliver agentic orchestration with Camunda to scale the impact of our own platform internally, while also providing execution structure for broader enterprise transformation programs such as AI adoption. You own the operational rhythm across planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and steering, while contributing strategic perspective on how programs evolve and scale.
What You Will Do
- Drive rollout and adoption of our AI tooling, including enablement planning, usage tracking, stakeholder communication, and coordination with IT Ops on access and governance.
- Structure and drive agentic orchestration and AI initiatives from concept to measurable outcome, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Own execution transparency across the EAAT (Enterprise Agentic Automation Team) use case portfolio, including prioritization, status visibility, and dependency tracking.
- Translate business intent into executable plans and maintain clarity on risks, trade-offs, and dependencies across stakeholders.
- Track value hypotheses and realized impact in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
- Establish and own the operational rhythm across planning, reporting, steering preparation, and review cycles for key programs under the Enterprise Systems & Transformation function.
- Shape and structure emerging strategic programs from ambiguous briefs into governed, executable initiatives with clear workstreams and milestones.
- Support discovery and intake of new use cases by helping define scalable initiative framing and identifying repeatable patterns to increase throughput.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, business solution analysis, or comparable cross-functional roles in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to translate strategic intent into structured, executable initiatives and clear decision frameworks.
- Experience driving delivery across tech & business teams in agile or platform-based environments.
- Strong program management capability, including managing parallel workstreams, prioritization, dependency management, and value tracking.
- AI-savvy with hands-on exposure to at least one AI, automation, or digitization program; solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, automation systems, and governance implications.
- Experience with or strong affinity for driving tool adoption and change management across diverse user populations.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including working with senior business and technical leaders.
- High ownership mindset with clear, concise communication and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with process orchestration platforms or agentic AI initiatives in production environments.
- Background in enterprise transformation, structured change programs, or management consulting.
- Experience with value realization, benefits tracking, or outcome-based portfolio steering.
- Exposure to governance, risk, or compliance-related initiatives in complex enterprise settings.
Benefits
- Competitive, fair, and transparent compensation based on location.
- Equity through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
- Remote & Flexible work options with home office budget and flexible time off.
- In-person connection opportunities through annual kickoffs and team offsites.
- Access to locally tailored healthcare and global mental wellbeing resources.
- Retirement and pension plans, plus life and disability insurance where relevant.
- Up to $/€/£1,000 per year for self-driven learning: courses, certifications, books.
