Summary
  • Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time.
  • This position provides exceptional customer service support for clients/customers of contracted businesses. The HMA provides assistance for fulfilling contracted services at businesses (outside and ACO 1) and works closely with Wellness Team members and Mosaic Business Solutions Account Executives. The HMA keeps detailed and accurate reports and records, records information in appropriate spreadsheets to track outside business activities, assists in the invoicing process and record keeping for any implanted wellness programs. The HMA assists in the customer survey process and summary of results using survey monkey. The HMA welcomes and provides exceptional customer service at the front desk in the wellness office and answers the phone to provide customer/client needs. The HMA is an active member of the Wellness Team and readily suggests and implements process improvement. 
  • This position works under the supervision of the Team Leader Wellness/Health Improvement Program and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Oversees billing activities for programs and maintains monthly log of financial activities. Maintains accurate inventory of supplies and orders as needed.
  • Prepares reports for outcome measures using specialized software to calculate confidence intervals for population variance and draw statistical inference from continuous probability distributions.
  • Coordinates marketing activities to promote the Health Management Program and participates in promotional events.
  • Coordinates appointments, meetings, rooms, equipment, and catering. Confirms attendance and makes appropriate arrangements prior to meeting/event.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two year's secretarial experience preferred.
  • Typing skills of 40 wpm, knowledge of computer operations, and Medical Terminology preferred.
