Run 1:1s, give direct feedback, support career growth, and build a culture of ownership and accountability. • Shape the Product: Be a strong voice in what we build, not just how. Challenge product requirements, advocate for the user, identify gaps, and push for simplicity and impact. • Drive Technical Quality: Set engineering standards for your team. Participate in design reviews, ensure architectural decisions hold up, and keep the codebase healthy. • Ship with Urgency: Remove blockers, cut scope ruthlessly when needed, and keep the team focused on outcomes over output. You care about what's in production, not what's in the backlog. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Infrastructure to coordinate across the organization and ensure your team has what it needs.
