• Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and roles. • Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, resolving basic issues and escalating when needed. • Perform routine data maintenance: imports, updates, deduplication, and validation. • Monitor system usage and help ensure adherence to data governance standards. • Assist with configuring standard objects, custom fields, page layouts, list views, and Lightning pages. • Build or update reports and dashboards to support team performance tracking. • Help maintain email templates and commonly used communication assets. • Assist in creating or updating simple automation (Flows, assignment rules, etc.) under guidance. • Participate in testing system changes, new features, or integrations before deployment. • Document system updates and maintain basic configuration documentation. • Help gather requirements for small enhancements or user-requested changes. • Assist with preparing enduser training materials, guides, and how to documents. • Support onboarding of new Salesforce users through walkthroughs or resource preparation. • Run recurring data quality checks and support data cleanup initiatives. • Assist in compiling routine reporting packages for internal teams. • Help track adoption metrics and suggest opportunities for usability improvements. • Complete assigned Salesforce Trailhead modules to advance platform knowledge. • Participate in weekly team check-ins or standups to align on priorities. • Stay up to date on Salesforce seasonal releases and identify features relevant to the team.
