Job Description

• Develop and implement SAP change enablement strategies in the areas of change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness. • Mentor a team of SAP change enablement professionals, providing education and coaching to Belden on change capability and leadership to enable change adoption. • Collaborate with program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful change enablement outcomes. • Use technology, data, and feedback to make informed adjustments to change enablement approach and plans.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
At least five (5) years of proven experience in change enablement, with a focus on SAP implementations and global transformations preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants
Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment
