• Produce and support national member engagement initiatives • Develop a significant understanding of Academy brand standards • Lead the NME team in understanding, integration, and execution of said scope • Oversight of the luncheon includes production management and onsite experience • Serve as a resource to Chapter Executive Directors and Chapter Managers • Provide support to Chapter teams related to various administrative responsibilities • Provide comprehensive event and production support at all stages • Host and present meetings, webinars and other virtual gatherings • Coordinate volunteer/staffing requirements, recruitment, training, and briefings • Help with day of operations for events • Prepare post-event follow-up and evaluation
