Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a variety of clientele
- Comfortable calling clients and outside vendors to get answers to questions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented in a way that empowers the CEO creativity and vision
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and confidence to manage projects as well as individually assigned tasks – we do not micromanage.
- Proactive in looking at upcoming calendar and prioritizing appropriately
