Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of Black women’s hair, extensions, natural textures, and styling methods.
- Impeccable taste with a strong understanding of elevated, modern Black beauty aesthetics.
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong direct-response copywriter.
- Strong content planning and research skills.
- Strong SMS marketing foundation with hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with RFM segmentation, LTV metrics, and retention reporting.
- Data-comfortable in reading performance reports.
- Experience working with subscriptions and retention marketing is a plus.
- AI-curious and open to leveraging efficiency tools.
