Role Description

This role involves project coordination and management to ensure successful completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Use Smartsheet to track project progress, create reports, and manage workflows.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills by facilitating clear and concise updates to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients in both English and Spanish.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in projects and work with the team to resolve issues promptly.
• Organize and maintain project schedules, ensuring plans reflect reality and resources are effectively utilized.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for information gathering, project tracking, collaboration, automation, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, departments, and stakeholders.
• Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a problem-solving attitude to every project.
• Ability to think critically, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
