Role Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join our team. This role requires proficiency in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and front-end development technologies. The successful candidate will be pivotal in building and enhancing responsive, scalable, and robust enterprise applications.
- Develop and enhance applications using Oracle APEX with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Expertly write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
- Design and implement user interfaces using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality across all applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
- Continuously improve existing applications for better user experience and efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and user guides for new and updated software.
- Adhere to best practices in database and application security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development.
- Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL programming.
- Demonstrated experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive design.
- Ability to manage projects independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with Oracle DBA activities and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services is a plus.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.

- Contract to hire - at least 20 hrs. per week.
- Pay Range: $16-$25 per hr. depending on experience.
