Role Description

Help veterans and their families understand and access important supplemental benefit programs from the comfort of your home. What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom
• Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and respectfully
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records using secure cloud-based tools
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
