Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons des Experts en Télévente basés en Algérie, dotés d’une solide expérience commerciale et capables de performer en télétravail complet. Ce poste s’adresse à des personnes engagées, autonomes et désireuses d’intégrer une structure stable et ambitieuse.
Vos missions
Missions principales :
- Réaliser des appels sortants B2B et B2C pour présenter et vendre les services/produits de nos clients
- Comprendre les attentes spécifiques de chaque prospect et adapter votre discours
- Transformer les leads en clients à travers un argumentaire commercial maîtrisé
- Assurer le suivi complet du cycle de vente jusqu’à la finalisation
- Enrichir et maintenir à jour les bases de données dans le CRM
- Participer à la formation continue et aux réunions de performance
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Team Leader pour atteindre les objectifs d’équipe
Vos compétences
Profil recherché :
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en télévente, notamment dans les domaines B2B et B2C
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente par téléphone, la gestion des objections et la conclusion des ventes
- Vous êtes familiarisé(e) avec les outils numériques (CRM, appels VoIP, email pro)
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et orienté(e) résultats
- Vous recherchez un poste stable à distance avec un véritable plan de carrière
- Vous disposez de votre propre matériel professionnel (PC, casque, bonne connexion internet)
- Un excellent niveau de français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, est indispensable
