Job Requirements
- A four year Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 + years proven, relevant recruiting experience primarily focused on identifying, attracting and closing technical talent for a variety of technical role types and levels
- Demonstrated past success sourcing and recruiting complex, competitive and emerging technical skillsets for mid to large sized corporations as a key contributor
- Strong client facing consultative and advisory skills and an ability to influence hiring stakeholders
- Advanced outbound sourcing knowledge and experience using external recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, and other job boards/tools to develop, grow and cultivate warm pipelines with prospective talent
- Experience working within a mid to large size ATS and CRM, along with razor sharp attention to ATS data input accuracy & timeliness
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
