Shift Details: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm with an on-call rotation every 5 weeks

Job Summary:

This position, with minimal supervision, uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inventory, and Willow Specialty Pharmacy, and Genomics. These tasks include planning, system analysis, design, application building, integration, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. May lead projects or initiatives. This analyst will help to support Froedtert’s Retail and Clinical pharmacy teams and other duties as assigned. Froedtert Health is an academic hospital system, and this position will be precepting pharmacy learners (students and residents) May lead small projects or initiatives.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Experience with the implementation and/or support of Epic module(s) is required.

Moderate knowledge of one module within the EHR is required.

Basic knowledge of the integrated EHR is required.

A minimum of 3 years of hospital practice experience is preferred.

1 year or more experience with the EHR is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and improve.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Epic Proficiency, Accreditation or Certification is required.
