You will have responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US. As a member of the Business Unit's leadership team, this leader will assume the P&L ownership, and executes plans to drive the growth in the local market through close alignment with our regional and global strategies.
You lead and drive the category agenda, embedding and leveraging customer insights, building trust, and working in partnership with our customers by developing a network of relationships to drive growth.
How you will contribute
- Translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems.
- Leading a business growth agenda and evolving organic and inorganic initiatives.
- Defining and monitoring commercial strategies, brand positioning and, sales channels - while focusing on increasing both short- and long-term results.
- Driving high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishments through teamwork and empowerment; tenaciously working to meet or exceed challenging goals and foster continuous improvement.
- Providing strategic leadership and direction, while supporting all the functions across the local organization
- Streamlining operations, reducing costs, and driving alignment in all the functions, in order to 'Amaze our Consumers
What you will bring

- Broad management experience in leading national/international FMCG or CPG Company / Teams
- In depth knowledge of all relevant national and international Sales aspects, tools and processes and business collaboration
- Good Marketing and Financials understanding
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Extensive, proven experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged good industry preferred
- Proven experience in category development, key accounts and market insights analysis and delivering growth through category leadership
- Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies
- Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse teams
- Able to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $280,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
