• Support Outreach Managers with project management, application review, field coordination, and customer communications. • Lead trainings and continuous education efforts, reviewing work quality and monitoring project and process timelines. • Track, analyze, and report program data to support management decision‑making. • Review technical materials and compile, validate, and maintain complete and compliant project documentation. • Independently manage elements of the project pipeline, data organization, and storage with strong attention to detail. • Ensure adherence to CLEAResult and client systems, tools, and protocols. • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and driving action‑item follow‑through. • Deliver internal and external training on web‑based application tools. • Identify and support cross‑team process improvements and assist with implementation. • Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve project or performance issues with program leadership. • Coordinate with and support field staff as needed.
