• Managing and monitoring project execution • Ensuring that the project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards • Managing the relationship and expectations of the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle • Leading ongoing strategic conversations regarding the Product vision and backlog alignment • Developing and maintaining project control documents in accordance with enterprise project management methodologies • Developing high level and detailed project/sprint plans • Providing leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members • Preparing formal reports on the status and health of the IT projects • Communicating and reporting the project status, progress, issues, and risks to the Project Sponsor, Stakeholders, and Senior Management • Monitoring project quality, schedule and budget and facilitate actions to mitigate risk and address issues that arise • Facilitating risk and issue management for IT projects • Coordinating with Product Owners and communicating when their decisions impact the quality, schedule, or budget of the project • Facilitating project meetings as needed • Working closely with Agency Business Relationship Managers, Executive staff, and Delivery Center management to ensure project success
