Role Description

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive enterprise pipeline growth in a cutting-edge AI and contact center automation environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Research, prospect, and create new business opportunities by engaging with multiple stakeholders across Customer Service, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Act as a key driver of the sales motion, collaborating closely with Account Executives to deliver impactful first impressions.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Research, prospect, and schedule qualified meetings with enterprise-level leads.
  • Prepare detailed meeting prep materials to support Account Executives in delivering high-impact presentations.
  • Share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet daily activity KPIs and exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth.
  • Actively engage in team initiatives that foster collaboration and support sales culture development.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or other relevant B2B customer-facing sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive hunter mentality and focus on execution.
  • Tech-savvy, able to understand complex technology and translate it into customer value.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to the fast-paced, evolving nature of a high-growth startup.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building enterprise-level relationships.
