Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in front-end engineering. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative software solutions. We take pride in building secure and seamless products.

This candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams spread across North America, Europe, and India.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and usability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Front-end Engineer; Full Stack experience is a plus.
• Modern front-end stack: Typescript, React, Redux.
• Build tools and dependency management: Vite, TSC, Yarn, Monorepo management, NPM.
• Experience with at least one unit testing library: React Testing Library, Jest, Playwright.
• Crypto related experience: Self custody wallet APIs, Wagmi, WalletConnect, Ethers.js, Viem.
• Working knowledge of Flutter, with hands-on experience building, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications.
• Azure experience is preferred.
• Prior fintech or crypto industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

In-Office Expectations

Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week). This expectation may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs.

Certain roles that require closer cross-functional collaboration or operational support may have additional in-office requirements, which will be discussed during the interview process. Our hybrid approach is designed to balance meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making with the flexibility to work remotely.
