Role Description

As a RealPage Senior Director, Product Management within Data & Analytics, you are a senior-level strategic leader accountable to lead and own the vision, strategy, execution, and customer value delivery for multiple Business Intelligence products. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers and report to the SVP & GM product.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-8 Product Managers
  • Leads and owns multiple products
  • Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap
  • Product lifecycle strategies (migration, sunset, etc.)
  • Driving Product Introduction & Launch Readiness, including Enablement
  • Product Impact & Customer Engagement (discovery, user groups)
  • Industry and Conference speaking and thought leadership for targeted product line(s)
  • Managing team budget and financial impact

Qualifications

  • 9-12 or 12-15 years Industry specific domain experience and/or business/PM relevant
  • 5+ or 7+ years management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
