Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in account management, customer success or sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS or education focused organizations.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, retention or customer success targets.
- Experience onboarding and supporting customers through product adoption.
- Confidence managing a portfolio of accounts or a defined territory.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and analyzing customer data to guide strategy.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging educators or school leaders being a plus.
