• Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery • Develop and manage multiple project schedules • Monitor progress of overall construction activities • Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc. • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project • Help implement suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities • Handle the 'day to day' project operations, such as site buys and expediting.
