Job Description
Role Description
Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Director, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence Leadership Team. Integrated Intelligence is a comprehensive research and analytics practice within Real Chemistry, consisting of over 100 experts across disciplines.
The Group Director, Measurement will lead large-scale, marketing- and advertising-focused accounts and define a strategy to expand our analytics footprint in this sector. In addition to delivering best-in-class analytics work, you’ll inspire and grow your team into high-performing, collaborative contributors—a core value of the Integrated Intelligence team.
You're a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of healthcare or other regulated industries. You know how to drive business growth, partner cross-functionally, and evolve analytics offerings to meet client needs.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or Wilmington—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics function across multiple large-scale marketing and advertising accounts, including strategy, team management, and client partnership.
- Identify and pursue analytics opportunities within client engagements, bringing in experts from across Integrated Intelligence as needed.
- Partner with leadership teams across Integrated Intelligence, Client Relationship Leads, and 21GRAMS to execute a business development plan that expands analytics integration into Real Chemistry’s marketing and advertising work.
- Build strong internal relationships with account management, strategy, media activation, and digital experience teams.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, offering personalized career coaching and supporting learning and development.
- Hire and grow your team to align with your business vision and evolving client needs.
Qualifications
- A passion for data-driven storytelling—merging creativity and analytics to generate compelling insights.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impact and value through strategic analytics work.
- Inspirational leadership and a commitment to developing talent.
- Proven success in growing business—both organically and through new business opportunities.
- Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing communications, including audiences, data, technologies, and regulatory context.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Awareness of current trends and developments in marketing analytics.
- 10+ years in analytics, with most of that time spent in healthcare/pharma marketing, advertising, PR, or related fields such as digital/social strategy, research, or performance measurement.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including team development and project leadership.
Pay Range
$170,000.00-$175,750.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
