Role Description

This is not a call-center role and not a short-term gig. Globe Life AO is building its next generation of remote sales leaders. If you’re ambitious, coachable, and want control over your income and schedule, this role gives you the training, structure, and support to grow fast — from associate to leadership.

• Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom
• Work with warm, pre-qualified prospects
• Explain offerings clearly and confidently
• Track follow-ups using simple online systems
• Build strong relationships while hitting performance goals

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a growth mindset
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, CRM tools)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
