- Translate recurring reports and business requirements into innovative and insightful Tableau dashboards.
- Develop new dashboards to address key business challenges, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the Business Intelligence layer, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate dashboards meet business needs and expectations.
- Utilize SQL and ETL tools to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of dashboards and analytical tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, administration, and architecture.
- Experience with SQL and ETL processes to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
