• Develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets • Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements • Perform validation programming and work with project team members to resolve discrepancies • Keep project team members informed of programming progress and issues • Maintain well-organized project documentation • Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects • Develop specifications for datasets and outputs of any complexity • Conduct effective internal meetings • Direct programming activities of other personnel and monitor progress • Review project documentation and provide feedback • Participate in sponsor meetings as a statistical programming representative
