Role Description

We’re hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to the Medical Director , you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care.

  • A Patient-Focused Approach: This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs. You will strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication is key for interacting with patients, providers, and internal teams. Your ability to clearly relay complex medical information and accurately convey patient feedback is crucial.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
  • Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required.
  • An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license).
  • Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
