Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO & Website Marketing VA to support with marketing and digital presence. This part-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SEO and WordPress who enjoys improving website performance, supporting content updates, and following structured processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute SEO plans and website updates while following documented SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Support & Planning
  • Assist with SEO planning and strategy execution, including keyword research.
  • Provide on-page SEO recommendations (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure).
  • Implement SEO best practices within WordPress, including image optimization and page speed considerations.
  • Support internal linking strategies and SEO-friendly content layouts.
• Website Development & Maintenance
  • Build and update website pages using WordPress.
  • Handle layout updates, formatting, and ongoing website maintenance.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO-friendly page design.
  • Support performance optimization and basic technical SEO updates.
• Website Design & UX Support
  • Assist with UX/UI improvements and visual layout updates.
  • Implement design enhancements to improve usability and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent branding and clean page structure across the website.
• Content & Publishing Support
  • Support website content updates, blog formatting, and page publishing in WordPress.
  • Ensure content is properly structured for SEO and readability.
• Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate website and SEO-related updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Follow documented SOPs and workflows.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as task tracking, documentation, and status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking).
• Hands-on experience using WordPress for page builds and website maintenance.
• Basic understanding of website design principles (UX/UI, mobile responsiveness).
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword tools).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured processes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a part-time capacity.
