Role Description
Outreach is seeking a Director of Portfolio Product Marketing. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing and is responsible for driving crisp and compelling positioning and messaging for Outreach’s portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to develop effective marketing & sales strategies and tactics to generate awareness and pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive product adoption for our portfolio of products. This person will lead a team of three and work with other Product Marketing, Partners, and Product Management leaders to drive the go-to-market messaging for the portfolio, product launches, and competitive positioning to increase market share, portfolio revenue and adoption.
You will have deep knowledge of selling to mid-market and enterprise businesses and have experience positioning a portfolio/platform of products, tell compelling stories of the value/benefits of the portfolio, and work cross-functionally.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience working in B2B marketing as a product marketer for SaaS technology.
- 3 years in a leadership role managing 2 or more team members.
- Experience working in or marketing to Enterprise businesses required.
- Proficient understanding of AI in SaaS technology, vernacular and landscape.
- Strong executive-level presence and communication.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting positioning and marketing content that communicates clear value benefits across a portfolio of products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-company and multi-discipline teams with influence to drive business and product results that measurably deliver company impact.
- Ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven, fact-based insights that lead to well-informed strategic plans, quick decision making and impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling customer and partner-facing materials.
- Experience in sales or product management is a plus.
