- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with DBT, Python, or R is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently manage analytics projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
