Role Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Remote Customer Care & Follow-Up Specialist to connect with customers after their service has been completed. This role focuses on ensuring a great experience, gathering feedback, and helping grow our business through referrals and reviews.

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after their service appointment
  • Confirm customers were happy with their service
  • Gather feedback and document notes in our system
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave online reviews
  • Ask happy customers if they know friends or neighbors who may benefit from our services
  • Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
  • Help strengthen long-term customer relationships

Schedule:

  • Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Fully remote position

Qualifications

  • Friendly, upbeat phone presence
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Basic computer skills for logging notes
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Customer service experience preferred
