Role Description
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Remote Customer Care & Follow-Up Specialist to connect with customers after their service has been completed. This role focuses on ensuring a great experience, gathering feedback, and helping grow our business through referrals and reviews.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after their service appointment
- Confirm customers were happy with their service
- Gather feedback and document notes in our system
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave online reviews
- Ask happy customers if they know friends or neighbors who may benefit from our services
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
- Help strengthen long-term customer relationships
Schedule:
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Fully remote position
