Job Description

• Field a high volume of B2B inbound sales calls and emails daily • Assemble and organize targeted outbound calling campaigns for appointment setting • Respond to & vet marketing qualified leads • Perform B2B outbound calls daily • Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team • Achieve or exceed defined measurable business objectives for your position • Collaborate with sales and marketing department team members to set defined number of qualified sales appointments • Manage and update a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database and marketing platform with clear, concise summaries • Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and team members • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (NetSuite experience preferred) & proficiency in marketing platform (HubSpot preferrable)
