Role Description
We are now assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding their product team with a UX Engineer / Front-end Engineer (React.js).
- Design, implement, and maintain React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.
- Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end-users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.
- Participate in code reviews, supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with React.js and UX practices.
- Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.
- Some experience with .NET.
- English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI environments, directly collaborating on usability and design projects.
- Previous work in digital agencies or design-focused consultancies.
Soft Skills
- Collaborative mindset, oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
