Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer who shares a passion for both the craft of writing and communications, as well as design, and is eager to combine these passions to join a team in creating a top-tier AI communications platform.
As Staff Designer for the growth team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives redefining core user experiences. This role requires strong systems thinking, close collaboration with UXR and data, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You’ll be a thought partner to PMs and engineers, help shape roadmaps, mentor designers, and act as a strategic partner across pods and vested stakeholders.

- Ensure that our products not only function well but also delight users.
- Partner with UX research to inform design decisions. Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process.
- Design with measurable impact in mind, creating solutions that drive activation, deepen user engagement, and broaden how our tools are used.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, writers and brand, to create cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Push the boundaries of what writing tools can be. Experiment with new ideas and approaches that enhance the writing process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.

RentRediRentRedi designed and built software that challenges the history of landlord-tenant software by providing an innovative, mobile software that makes renting easy for both landlords AND tenants. There’s a lot of ways technology is enhancing lives—from ordering food, rideshare services, gaming, streaming, ebooks—almost anything can be done now from a smartphone. We’re looking to bring that ease and peace of mind to renting as well. For landlords that want to self-manage their properties, we’re empowering them by centralizing and streamlining the property management and tenant relationship process—condensing the need for multiple platform visits into one. Everything they need to do to manage their rentals—rent, maintenance, tenant screenings, communication, listings—they can do it from our dashboard. For tenants, we’re putting the power to prequalify and apply to rentals, pay rent, communicate, and submit maintenance requests into their hands—literally.
