Job Description

• Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads • Educate clients on best practices when creating interactive ads • Pitch and demo ad concepts in client facing meetings • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery • Able to improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets • Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work

Job Requirements

3 years experience creative agency / advertising agency / in house working on interactive mobile ads
Mobile ad design experience
A strong portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in After Effects and other video editing software
Understanding of typography, animation and layout
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Can clearly articulate design decisions
Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
Rich media ad experience
Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
Experience with building interactive ads or playable ads for top gaming studios
Experience in Figma
Lover of all things mobile
