Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify root causes and trends.
- Experience with freight billing, carrier pricing, tariffs, and contract rate application.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in invoice review and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple disputes and priorities independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners.
- Experience using data, reporting tools, and systems to drive decisions.
