Role Description

As a Deal Desk Analyst you will be responsible for assisting Origami's Sales and Account Management teams in navigating complex internal and/or external requirements to structure mutually beneficial agreements with prospects and clients.

Starting base pay for this role is between $64,800 and $81,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities

  • Supports all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, pricing, contract review, approvals for offers, and provides overall support to field sales for quoting purposes.
  • Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and correctly, aligning to company policies.
  • Handles day-to-day queries from groups including Sales, Account Management, and Management teams using pricing tools and/or the CRM system.
  • Resolves problems through research, collaborating with internal support teams, to identify the appropriate tools for success.
  • Maintains data quality for Origami’s internal systems, ensuring that the CRM provides accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Runs analyses on Origami’s product offerings and pricing, finding insights to improve standard processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-5 years previous experience.
  • Ability to think from both a strategic and tactical perspective, math or finance-oriented is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner across the organization.
  • Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and make business decisions effectively.
  • Experience in an operational role a plus.
  • Previous Salesforce experience required; Salesforce CPQ experience a plus.
