Role Description

Globe Life AO, a well-established leader in the supplemental insurance industry for over 65 years, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, offering full training and ongoing support. Whether you’re starting your career, changing industries, or seeking greater flexibility, this role is designed to help you succeed from day one.

  • Make outgoing calls, texts, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates
  • Maintain and manage client records and documentation
  • Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach
  • Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment

Qualifications

  • No prior customer service or insurance experience needed
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated
  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
