Role Description
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team to develop business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration. The position does not involve aggressive cold sales, but rather helping new clients navigate the platform and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience. This role is focused on guiding new users from the registration process to their first successful deposit.
- Establishing effective communication with clients

Analyzing the end user experience based on the following data:
- Customer’s feedback
- Support requests data analysis
- Service data statistics
- Internal testing
- Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit

Assisting clients via various communication channels:
- Phone
- Platform chat
- Push notifications
- Collaboration with the management and IT/Support departments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto
- Background in sales would be a great plus
- Proficiency in English (clear accent)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset
