Five Star Mountain Rentals is looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant – ClickUp Systems & Ops Specialist to help us build, refine, and optimize our systems and operations in ClickUp. This is a contractor role, working with us on a project-by-project basis, with the opportunity for bonuses upon successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities
- Build and optimize ClickUp workflows, automations, and SOP templates for operations, cleaners, and admin teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for new systems to ensure ease of use and adoption.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the team via Slack and OpenPhone, staying responsive during US daytime hours (MDT).
- Track time accurately and use screen monitoring software during billable hours.
Qualifications
- Experienced ClickUp Pro with strong knowledge of advanced automations, dashboards, and templates.
- Organized and process-minded, skilled at spotting inefficiencies and building systems to solve them.
- Tech-savvy communicator, comfortable using Slack, OpenPhone, and other collaboration tools.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, taking ownership, anticipating needs, and delivering high-quality work.
- Reliable and professional, with a strong internet connection, willingness to use time-tracking tools, and availability during US daytime hours (MDT).

- Hourly Rate: $5–$8 per hour, based on experience.
- Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses tied to successful project completion and performance.
