  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope, explore design approaches, and deliver production-ready assets.
  • Ensure consistency and quality by contributing to and evolving the design system.
  • Integrate accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles into all deliverables.

  • Expert-level skills with design tools such as Figma, including components and design libraries.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to work within development constraints.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and GenAI for design workflow acceleration is a plus.
  • Independent ownership, collaborative leadership, strategic communication, and adaptive problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Fully remote work within the United States with flexible hours.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid parental leave and flexible vacation days.
  • Company-sponsored professional development opportunities.
