- Requires ability to take written and verbal direction
- Requires ability to relate to the public and Drury team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner by creating a hospitable environment
- Requires attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Requires thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service
- Requires ability to operate a computer
- Requires ability to use the Drury Spirit Reservation Process as described
- Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school
- Experience working with the public in a service industry is preferred
